Coming Sunday
This Sunday is the First Sunday of Advent. Linda's message is “King of Kings (Hope)”. The choir will sing “Hodie Veni Christe” to enhance the worship service. Aran Garnett-Deakin and Darrell Sterholt will light the first Advent candle.
Sunday School starts after Fellowship time. The Adult Forum will continue its study of Christians history. The adult Bible study will continue with John, and the kids will be having a short learning time with Susan downstairs during church time after they have their time in the sanctuary.
A reminder: The church office is closed for the Thanksgiving holiday while the staff is away. Sue Bentley is the officer on call; she can be reached at 540-320-3170 if there is a need or an emergency. |
